Pets and livestock
Pets are part of the estate. Dogs and some other animals must be chipped and registered.
Dogs: chip registration
- Dog chipping and registration (Dutch government)
On death, the dog must be transferred and the chip put in the new keeper's name.
Livestock
- RVO: animal identification and registration
For cattle, sheep, goats and pigs, transfers go through I&R at RVO.
